As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Aging Life Care Manager®, Steve Barlam assumed the CEO role at JFS Care in 2022 after 30 years in the private sector. Following receiving his master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Steven Barlam has worked exclusively in the field of Geriatrics in the non-profit, private practice, and corporate arenas. He has worked directly with older adults and their families, as well as developing innovative service delivery models, with a passion for Aging Life Care Management. As a thought leader in the community, Steve has served in the Professional Geriatric Community, sitting on numerous National and Local Boards, and is President-Elect of the Aging Life Care Association. Steve is a regular lecturer at local universities, and National conferences on topics relating to Care Management, Technology, and Patient/Client Care. He firmly believes in the power of education and coaching to help professionals enhance their skills to positively impact their clients lives as well as their practices.
The registration fee for webinars is non-refundable. Registrants who are not able to attend the webinar will receive audio & video files following the event. In the unfortunate event that a webinar needs to be cancelled or rescheduled ALCA will notify the registrant by email and provide information on the new date or alternative arrangements. If the registrant is not able to attend the new date ALCA will refund the registration fee or place a credit towards a future event.
