Tasha received her Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Alberta, where she focused on the Internet as a tool for health education. For 18 years, she worked on Internet-based multimedia family caregiver interventions funded by the National Institute on Aging. Continuing her interest in family caregiving and elder care, Ms. Beauchamp earned a graduate certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida. Before her studies in health education, Tasha taught Going Into Business classes at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. In 2001, Ms. Beauchamp decided to bring together her skills in business, technology and public health research, by forming a company to help hospices and end-of-life community coalitions reach family caregivers using the Internet. In 2009, she expanded her business, Elder Pages Online, LLC, to include websites, newsletters, social media and other content marketing services for Aging Life Care Professionals®, private duty home care companies and home health agencies. In 2014 she was selected for the Aging Life Care Association® Outstanding Corporate Partner of the Year Award. Tasha is a frequent presenter on elder care marketing strategies, giving webinars and presenting at national conferences, including the Aging Life Care Association®, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging, and the American Society on Aging. She is actively engaged in family caregiver advocacy and is personally committed to empowering elder care providers to leverage the Internet effectively, so families can discover them and get the care and support they need.

She founded the company in 1999 and sold to Arosa in October of 2019. Mrs. O’Rourke has 39 years of experience in health care, 32 specifically in the field of aging. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and a Master’s Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Carolina. She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Aging Life Care Professional. Amy is active with the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), is currently Chair of Alzheimer’s & Dementia Resource Center (ADRC), and is about to publish a book entitled The Fragile Years®. In 2001, Amy was honored as the recipient of the National Entrepreneurial Achievement Award from American Express for her vision and innovation. She was featured in the Orlando Business Journal in the Entrepreneur Profile section in March 2010. In 2011, Amy was named one of 15 “Women Who Mean Business” by the Orlando Business Journal. She has been quoted in Consumer Reports, PBS Growing Bolder, and a frequent public speaker. She was a featured expert in the Emmy winning TV show “Blindsided” and has given two TedX talks. She has had to exercise many strategies in growing her business and is open to sharing her ideas with others. Amy and her team have helped 20,000 families over the 20+ years since the company was founded. She is a passionate advocate for elders.

Bobbi recently retired from serving on the National ALCA Board of Directors from 2014 – 2018. While serving on the board, Bobbi was instrumental in the re-design of the current new “Forms Book” available for purchase on the ALCA web site. Bobbi has found having a master’s degree in Human Resource Management a catalyst in the development of the business side of her care management practice.
