She has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and aging as a clinician and leader, is an award-winning care manager. She is the current President of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) and Past President of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA). Jullie has served on many ALCA committees including the Ethics Task Force and Standards of Practice committee. She has also taught seminars on ethics and mentored care managers as they launched their practices.

Barbara (Bobbi) Kolonay is the President of Holistic Aging-Options for Elder Care, an Aging Life Care Management Practice in Pittsburgh, PA which Bobbi started in 2002. Utilizing her 25 years of expertise in as a register nurse, insurance care management expert and holistic practitioner she develops Holistic Aging’s unique approach to Life Care Management which integrates the use of conventional (Western or Allopathic) and complementary (Alternative, Eastern) therapies to prevent and heal, but most importantly promote Optimal Health. Bobbi recently retired from serving on the National ALCA Board of Directors from 2014 – 2018. While serving on the board, Bobbi was instrumental in the re-design of the current new “Forms Book” available for purchase on the ALCA web site. Bobbi has found having a master’s degree in Human Resource Management a catalyst in the development of the business side of her care management practice. In her past position as the Manager of Training and Development for a managed care firm, Bobbi oversaw the design and development and presentation of over 1000 educational programs.  She has presented on care management at numerous national conferences including the Alzheimer’s Association, Case Management Society, Aging Life Care Association, PA Elder Law and American Holistic Nursing Association.

Amy is founder and President of The Cameron Group, a Professional Geriatric Care Management company located in Orlando, Florida. She founded the company in 1999.  Mrs. O’Rourke has 30 years of experience in health care, 23 specifically in the field of aging.  She holds a master’s Degree in Public Health and a Master’s Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Carolina.  She is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified Care Manager. Amy has been active with the Aging Life Care Association™ (formerly National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers) and is 2017 President of the ALCA Board of Directors; she has also served on the Conference Committee for two years, one of which was as the Conference Chair.  She has served on the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association (FGCMA) board, holding various positions including Treasurer, Conference Committee Co-Chair, and Education Co-Chair; she has previously served as Orlando Unit Leader of the FGCMA for four years. In 2001, Amy was honored as the recipient of the National Entrepreneurial Achievement Award from   American Express for her vision and innovation she and was featured in the Orlando Business Journal in the Entrepreneur Profile section in March 2010.  In 2011, Amy was named one of 15 “Women Who Mean Business” by the Orlando Business Journal. She has been a great lecturer on “Bootstrap Financing” for Rollins College School of Business and at Full Sail for their course of Entrepreneurship.  She has had to exercise many strategies in growing her business and is open to sharing her ideas with others.  Previous community involvement includes Florida Executive Women Membership, Board Member for Lutheran Counseling Services, and Alzheimer’s Association Local Leadership Council.

Tasha received her Master of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Alberta, where she focused on the Internet as a tool for health education. For 18 years, she worked on Internet-based multimedia family caregiver interventions funded by the National Institute on Aging. Continuing her interest in family caregiving and elder care, Ms. Beauchamp earned a graduate certificate in Geriatric Care Management from the University of Florida. Before her studies in health education, Tasha taught Going Into Business classes at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.  In 2001, Ms. Beauchamp decided to bring together her skills in business, technology and public health research, by forming a company to help hospices and end-of-life community coalitions reach family caregivers using the Internet. In 2009, she expanded her business, Elder Pages Online, LLC, to include websites, newsletters, social media and other content marketing services for Aging Life Care Professionals®, private duty home care companies and home health agencies. In 2014 she was selected for the Aging Life Care Association® Outstanding Corporate Partner of the Year Award. Tasha is a frequent presenter on elder care marketing strategies, giving webinars and presenting at national conferences, including the Aging Life Care Association®, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging, and the American Society on Aging. She is actively engaged in family caregiver advocacy and is personally committed to empowering elder care providers to leverage the Internet effectively, so families can discover them and get the care and support they need.
