Founding Pilot Sessions – May 2026

Over the past several months, I have had repeated conversations with Aging Life Care professionals who are:

  • Excellent clinically, but carrying too much operational responsibility
  • Trying to lead teams while still deeply involved in day to day client work
  • Looking for space to think more strategically about growth, staffing, systems, and sustainability
  • Feeling isolated in leadership and wanting peer level discussion with others facing similar challenges

After more than a decade leading and scaling care management operations, I continue to see many of the same operational and leadership challenges surface across the industry.

This pilot format is also informed by my work with HOMECAREceo, an organization that has spent more than 14 years facilitating peer groups for owners and operators across the care industry.

To explore whether this type of leadership collective would be valuable within Aging Life Care, I am hosting two complimentary founding pilot sessions in May.

These sessions are:

  • Small and discussion based
  • Designed for leadership and ownership roles
  • Focused on strategic conversation, not presentations or webinars
  • Built around real operational reflection and shared problem solving

Topics may include:

  • What numbers are actually helping you understand the health of your business?
  • How dependent is growth on your direct involvement?
  • What operational gaps create the most stress or bottlenecks?
  • If you stepped away for two weeks, what would continue functioning well and what would not?

Participation in the May pilot sessions is completely free, with no obligation to continue afterward. I hope these conversations will help shape an ongoing leadership collective for Aging Life Care professionals seeking continued peer support, strategic discussion, and operational growth.

Space will remain intentionally small and curated to allow for candid, high-value conversations.
