In today’s increasingly diverse and fragmented healthcare landscape, Aging Life Care Managers® are uniquely positioned to bridge critical gaps in care. This conference, Bridging the Gaps: Connecting Care, Culture, and Community, focuses on the essential role of Aging life Care Managers in creating seamless, culturally responsive, and community-driven support systems for older adults and their families.

Our Southeast chapter of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA) is comprised of professionals from Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Our goal throughout the conference is to build relationships with YOU, our professional partners, so we have developed many opportunities for your participation.
