The unspoken companion of leadership is often a difficult conversation that can precede or follow tough leadership decisions.

• When a decision creates negative consequences for some or denies the contribution of those who thought they would be included in your decision, how do you smooth hurt feelings?

• How do you keep your team engaged with a decision that is unpopular?

During this webinar the presenters will share three proven techniques to help Aging Life Care Professionals engage your team in company decisions; recognize when the decision is yours alone but confidently ask for recommendations and maintain a strong team spirit when difficult decisions are ultimately reached.
