About the Presenters:
Gigi Blair is a Virginia-based executive coach whose mission is to help women business leaders think clearly and communicate confidently so that they can impact their work and world.
Rebecca Pearce is President of Extend Coaching & Consulting and has been a strong-willed, no-nonsense kind of leader within the insurance market the majority of her career. She spent several years at CareFirst, BlueCross BlueShield and Kaiser Permanente before being chosen to run Maryland’s Health Benefit Exchange during the O’Malley administration in 2011. After that, she went on to work at University of Maryland Medical System Health Plans (UMMSHP) as a vice president. She loves defining and implementing strategy and excels at working with other leaders.
Cancellation Policy
The registration fee for webinars is non-refundable. Registrants who are not able to attend the webinar will receive audio & video files following the event. In the unfortunate event that a webinar needs to be cancelled or rescheduled ALCA will notify the registrant by email and provide information on the new date or alternative arrangements. If the registrant is not able to attend the new date ALCA will refund the registration fee or place a credit towards a future event.
