*Conference registration fees for the ALCA New England Chapter Conference include entrance to all educational session, one registration packet of conference materials, entrance to the Opening Reception on Sunday night, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch on Monday.

No one will be admitted to the conference without pre-payment. Conference registration is limited to one person per registration fee.
-----Continuing Education Credits-----
Approval for 5 CE credits is pending for Social Workers and Nursing. Please indicate on your registration which CE certificate(s) you require. You must include your license number for social work or nursing. Certificates will be available for download following the conference. Uniform certificates of attendance will be provided so that attendees may apply for credit in states in which they are licensed. You must attend the Keynote Presentation, the General Session, Breakout Session A and Breakout Session B to receive CE credits. You must sign in and sign out in the on-site attendance book on 10/29.
