WRC-ALCA Group Room Rates of $89.00 | Passcode: S09ALC6 (or $115.95 including a daily resort fee) per room per night, plus the current occupancy room tax are available for WRC-ALCA conference attendees and vendors from September 25 – October 5, 2026 (with the exception of Friday 10/2*). Due to limited inventory, a special group rate of $259.00 is available for WRC-ALCA guests for this night only and will be shown in the average nightly rate. Please check rate detail breakdown on reservation for more information.
Note: Reservations are on a first-come first-served basis and group rates cannot be guaranteed after August 14, 2026. Booking rooms in the block assists the Association in meeting the contractual minimum commitment to the hotel, keeping the conference fees reasonable for you. All conference events with the exception of the Opening Reception will take place in the Emerald Ballroom in the Special Events Conference Center on the 12th floor (confirm) at Caesar's Republic South Lake Tahoe.
