WRC-ALCA Group Room Rates of $89.00 | Passcode: S09ALC6 (or $115.95 including a daily resort fee) per room per night, plus the current occupancy room tax are available for WRC-ALCA conference attendees and vendors from September 25 – October 5, 2026 (with the exception of Friday 10/2*). Due to limited inventory, a special group rate of $259.00 is available for WRC-ALCA guests for this night only and will be shown in the average nightly rate. Note: Reservations are on a first-come first-served basis and group rates cannot be guaranteed after August 14, 2026. Airport, Airport Transportation & Parking

South Tahoe Airporter provides luxury motorcoach service to and from the Reno/Tahoe Airport. Motorcoaches run ~every 2 hours for ~$30++ per person each way.

The 2026 WRC-ALCA Annual Conference Committee is planning programming and seeking approval for 10 total credit hours from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (CMC); California Licensed Professional Fiduciaries (CLPF); the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCM); from the National Association of Social Work (LCSW) and California Board of Registered Nursing (CABRN).
