Please be our guest...Toll-Free Peer Case Conferences support members in sharing Care Management challenges with colleagues who "speak the same language" about client services. They are ideal active learning experiences for all members, solo practitioners and those in group practice alike. Teleconferences meet NACCM's requirement for consultation/supervision.
Advance registration is required for this teleconference. Please e-mail your name, phone number and unit to Suzanne Donovan at [email protected].
Registration deadline is 5:00 PM CST on the Friday prior to the teleconference.
