Levels of Membership

The Advanced Professional Level of Membership

Includes individuals currently employed in the profession of Aging Life Care™ / Care Management with

• a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree
• supervised experience in the profession of Aging Life Care / Care Management, and
• an ALCA-approved Certification.

The designation “Fellow of the Leadership Academy” identifies Advanced Level members who maintain an exceptional record of leadership in the profession and in their community.

The Professional Level of Membership

Includes individuals currently employed in the profession of Aging Life Care™ / Care Management with

• a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree, or an RN license, and
• supervised experience in the profession of Aging Life Care / Care Management.

The Associate Level of Membership

Includes individuals currently employed in the profession of Aging Life Care™ / Care Management who hold an ALCA-approved degree, diploma, or license.
