The members of the Midwest Chapter (MWGCM) of the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA) conduct their practices within the States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and the province of Ontario.
