Building a successful Aging Life Care™ practice depends in part on financial management, whether the practice includes only one or many care managers. In our experience, most care management business owners don’t know if their practice is profitable – much less how to improve profitability. The risk is that these care managers will work for the year without the financial payback that is necessary for any individual or group to cover costs and become a sustainable organization. This webinar will review some of the obstacles common to care managers related to billing and financial management. We will also review in detail 8 steps that are critical to building a profitable practice.

Participants will understand the 8 steps that are critical to building a profitable practice: why it is significant, the outcome that care managers should be seeking, and the process to complete each step.
